Dear customers, here we offer a pair of ultra strong tactical hand cuffs. These very sturdy handcuffs has a black special coating, which is reflection free. So, they are perfect to use in all tactical jobs like by the police and special forces. Included two deluxe keys. Weigh: 345 gr.

Instructions:

1. Lock:
Move stop bar to upper position.
Press cuff down on the wrist and rotate jaw until it engages ratchet
Jaw may be tightened as required. Move stop bar to down position, jaw is thus locked against travel in either direction.

2. Unlock:
Move stop bar to upper position, rotate key one quarter by running clockwise. Do not use undue pressure, but be sure to turn the key in the proper direction.
